Nicky Sainty NT Dip

Nicky has a long standing passion for the powerful impact food choice has on the human body and how this translates into long term health and vitality. She has successfully run her own private practice for a number of years and is the founding Director of Healthy Human 360, alongside Alison Braithwaite. Nicky is your nutritional therapist for our health programmes.

Fitness Coach

James Starkey YMCAFIT

James has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years and his passion to help people unlock their potential has grown from the first client. He is level 2/3 YMCAFIT Qualified Personal Trainer and has REPS (Recognised in Personal Training), status. Over the years James has co-owned his own gym and brought personal training to private clients and iconic health spas.

Psychological Therapist

Alison Braithwaite MSc

Alison has had a fascination for the workings of the human mind since she was 18 years old, continually studying in this ever evolving area. She is the founding Director of Healthy Human 360, alongside Nicky Sainty, and is your psychological coach for our health programmes, supporting positive behaviour and lifestyle changes with focused, targeted techniques. Alison is also an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher, and you can learn any level of Reiki, plus specialised classes, with Alison.
